The question of whether psychopaths are sufficiently rational to be blameworthy is not easy to answer, especially as we learn more about the nature of moral reasoning and the psychopath’s lack of moral reasoning. See infra text accompanying notes 8. Such policy questions include, for example, should all parole and even probation decisions be informed by a clinical assessment for psychopathy or a neuroimaging assessment for psychopathy, or both? Even more broadly, should judges use psychopathy assessments in reaching their sentencing decisions, and if so in what kinds of cases? Should juveniles suspected of being emergent psychopaths be assessed and then treated, either in custody or as a condition of their release? One must be careful about this sort of conclusion. The prevalence of psychopaths in our storytelling could be as much about the bad in all of us as is it is about the very bad in just a few of us, and indeed that is often its teaching purpose. And in some ways she is the least representative, because psychopathy is substantially more common in men than in women. See sources cited supra note 1 and accompanying text. Daniel Dafoe’s Moll Flanders is another of many famous examples of psychopathic women in literature. Female psychopaths seem to appear more frequently in our stories than they do in our real lives, maybe because those stories were told and written mostly by men. Who but a psychopath would order the execution of a series of wives on the mornings after the honeymoons because he has become bored with them? Only her cliff- hanging stories saved Scheherazade. In the story of The Golden Vase, Ximen is a relentlessly unsavory merchant and social climber, who has become wealthy enough to accumulate a retinue of wives and concubines, one of whom he marries after killing her husband. This is just a tiny sampling of psychopaths who appear in fiction. Indeed, they appear in the works of virtually every important (and unimportant) writer, including Dante, Chaucer, Marlowe, de Molina, de Sade (of course), Dickens, Robert Browning, Robert Louis Stevenson, Poe and Melville. It is actually difficult to imagine any rich literature in which one or more psychopaths do not appear. Dostoyevsky’s Raskolnikoff in Crime and Punishment, however, most definitely was not a psychopath. He wanted to be one, he wanted to escape the moral ties that bind us all, and his murder of the old woman was a kind of attempted psychopathy. But the very fact he was exploring the limits of his own horror shows that he had horror, and therefore had a moral core. Guggenbühl- Craig, supra note 1. Perhaps Leopold and Loeb were of this sort. The Britannica was the idea of Colin Macfarquhar, a bookseller and printer, and Andrew Bell, an engraver, both of Edinburgh. They conceived of the Britannica as a conservative reaction to the French Encyclopédie of Denis Diderot (published 1. Ironically, the Encyclopédie had begun as a French translation of the popular English encyclopedia, Cyclopaedia published by Ephraim Chambers in 1. Although later editions of Chambers' Cyclopaedia were still popular, and despite the commercial failure of other English encyclopedias, Macfarquhar and Bell were inspired by the intellectual ferment of the Scottish Enlightenment and thought the time ripe for a new encyclopedia "compiled upon a new plan". Needing an editor, the two chose a 2. William Smellie who was offered 2. The first number appeared on December 6, 1. Edinburgh, priced sixpence or 8 pence on finer paper. The Britannica was published under the pseudonym "A Society of Gentlemen in Scotland", possibly referring to the many gentlemen who had bought subscriptions.[1] By releasing the numbers in weekly instalments, the Britannica was completed in 1. The numbers were bound in three equally sized volumes covering A–B, C–L, and M–Z; an estimated 3,0. The 1st edition also featured 1. Bell. Three of the engravings in the section on midwifery, depicting childbirth in clinical detail, were sufficiently shocking to prompt some readers to tear those engravings out of the volume.[1]The key idea that set the Britannica apart was to group related topics together into longer essays, that were then organized alphabetically. Previous English encyclopedias had generally listed related terms separately in their alphabetical order, rather like a modern technical dictionary, an approach that the Britannica's' management derided as "dismembering the sciences".[3] Although anticipated by Dennis de Coetlogon, the idea for this "new plan" is generally ascribed to Colin Macfarquhar, although William Smellie claimed it as his own invention. Smellie wrote most of the first edition, borrowing liberally from the authors of his era, including Voltaire, Benjamin Franklin, Alexander Pope and Samuel Johnson. He later said: [1]I wrote most of it, my lad, and snipped out from books enough material for the printer. With pastepot and scissors I composed it! The vivid prose and easy navigation of the first edition led to strong demand for a second. Although this edition has been faulted for its imperfect scholarship, Smellie argued that the Britannica should be given the benefit of the doubt: With regard to errors in general, whether falling under the denomination of mental, typographical or accidental, we are conscious of being able to point out a greater number than any critic whatever. Men who are acquainted with the innumerable difficulties of attending the execution of a work of such an extensive nature will make proper allowances. To these we appeal, and shall rest satisfied with the judgment they pronounce.— William Smellie, in the Preface to the 1st edition of the Encyclopædia Britannica. Smellie strove to make Britannica as usable as possible, saying that "utility ought to be the principal intention of every publication. Wherever this intention does not plainly appear, neither the books nor their authors have the smallest claim to the approbation of mankind". The first edition was reprinted in London, with slight variants on the title page and a different preface, by Edward and Charles Dilly in 1. John Donaldson in 1. On the occasion of the 2. Encyclopædia Britannica Inc. This has been periodically reprinted and is still part of Britannica's product line.[5]Second edition, 1. Supplement 1. 78. After the success of the first edition, a more ambitious second edition was begun in 1. Smellie declined to be editor, principally because he objected to the addition of biography. Macfarquhar took over the role himself, aided by pharmacist James Tytler, M. A.,[7] who was known as an able writer and willing to work for a very low wage.[8] Macfarquhar and Bell rescued Tytler from the debtors' sanctuary at Holyrood Palace, and employed him for seven years at 1. Tytler wrote many science and history articles and almost all of the minor articles; by Robert Burns' estimate, Tytler wrote over three- quarters of the second edition.[1] Compared to the 1st edition, the second had five times as many long articles (1. Scotland" (8. 4 pages), "Optics" (1. Medicine" (3. 09 pages), which had their own indices. The second edition was published in 1. June 1. 77. 7 to 1. September 1. 78. 4; these numbers were bound into ten volumes dated 1. Andrew Bell.[2] A pagination error caused page 8. Most of the maps of this edition (eighteen of them) are found in a single 1. Geography". The second edition improved greatly upon the 1st, but is still notable for the large amount of now- archaic information it contained. For example, "Chemistry" goes into great detail on an obsolete system of what would now be called alchemy, in which earth, air, water and fire are named elements containing various amounts of phlogiston. Tytler also describes the architecture of Noah's Ark in detail (illustrated with a copperplate engraving) and, following Bishop Ussher, includes a remarkably precise chronology for the Earth, beginning with its creation on 2. October 4. 00. 4 B. C. and noting that the Great Flood of 2. B. C. lasted for exactly 7.

Buffy is unique as a Slayer in many ways; she refuses to sacrifice her ordinary life for her supernatural destiny, often operates as part of a team with her friends the "Scooby Gang," and has maintained several romantic relationships, two of which were with notorious vampires. Angel and Spike. Buffy is one of the longest- lived Slayers, and has returned from death not once, but twice, an act that disrupted the magic surrounding the traditional Slayer line. During their war with the First Evil, Buffy enacted a plan to activate every Potential Slayers in the world, abolishing the traditional line of "Chosen Ones," before dedicating herself to gathering and training the Slayers she was responsible for creating. A few years after the destruction of Sunnydale, Buffy, along with Angel, was involved in an ancient prophecy that would bring about the sentient "Twilight" dimension, destroying the Earth in the process. When Angel, possessed by Twilight, murdered her beloved Watcher and father figure, Rupert Giles, Buffy, enraged and grief- stricken, destroyed the Seed of Wonder, thus bringing about the end of magic on Earth. Now considered a pariah among the remaining Slayers, Buffy has since established herself in San Francisco, where she continues her Slayer duties. A Alonna Gunn. In childhood, she was close friends with her cousin Celia, and enjoyed playing Power Girl with her. When she was eight, she witnessed Celia's murder in her hospital bed by Der Kindestod, a demon that killed sick children and who was only visible to those who were ill. A young Buffy witnesses her cousin's murder. Buffy was left with a fear of hospitals after the experience.[1. As she grew up, she came to idolize Olympic ice skater Dorothy Hamill, and practiced the sport herself.[1. In the fifth grade, she developed a crush on sixth grader Billy Fordham; although the two were friends, he never returned her feelings.[1. Buffy started attending Hemery High School in 1. Prom Princess and Fiesta Queen.[1. I've got a few things the other girls didn't have. For one thing, there's my keen fashion sense.."―Buffy identifies her strengths as a Slayer.[src]Buffy's carefree youth is cut dramatically short. At the age of fifteen, Buffy suddenly began having violent dreams about women from different historical periods slaying monsters. Although she didn't understand at first, her experiences were soon explained to her when she was approached at school by Merrick, a mysterious man who revealed her destiny as the "Chosen One" and became her first Watcher.[2. Buffy and Merrik initially butted heads due to his intolerance of her teenaged- girliness; however, the pair eventually gained a mutual fondness for each other as he trained her for battle against the vampire king Lothos. As her increasingly strange behavior alienated her from her peers and her boyfriend Jeffrey, she befriended fellow outcast Pike. She began relying on him for support after Merrick sacrificed himself to protect her from Lothos. Despite having had very little training, Buffy managed to defeat Lothos and his minions at a school dance. Unfortunately, she burnt down her high school's gym in the process, for which she was subsequently expelled. Shortly after her expulsion, Buffy and Pike took an impromptu trip to Las Vegas to hunt vampires.[2. Upon their return, Buffy told her parents what had happened at Hemery High and about her destiny as the Slayer. They refused to believe her, thinking instead that she was losing her mind. They made the decision to commit her to an insane asylum. Shortly after her arrival, Buffy realized that it was better not to perpetuate her story, and she was released after a few short weeks. Buffy and her parents never spoke of it again.[2. Sunnydale High. At Sunnydale High, Buffy becomes best friends with Xander and Willow, who aid her in her Slayer duties. Sophomore"It's my first day! I was afraid that I was gonna be behind in all my classes, that I wouldn't make any friends, that I would have last month's hair. I didn't think there'd be vampires on campus."―Buffy is unable to escape her destiny as the Slayer.[src]Buffy's parents, who had been experiencing marital troubles for years, finally divorced, and Buffy moved with her mother to 1. Revello Drive in Sunnydale, a small town in California. Little did they know that the town was located on a Hellmouth, and that Buffy's presence there was predestined. Buffy enrolled at Sunnydale High where she became friends with Xander Harris and Willow Rosenberg as well as meeting her new Watcher, Rupert Giles. She also met Cordelia Chase, a superficial cheerleader reminiscent of Buffy before she became the Slayer, and Angel, a mysterious and handsome stranger who aided Buffy with cryptic advice.[2. Buffy at first rejected her Slayer duties in favor of a normal life, but was forced into action to stop the vampire ritual known as the Harvest by the Order of Aurelius, a vampire cult under the rule of ancient and power vampire the Master, who was trapped underground in Sunnydale. Together, Buffy, Xander, Willow, and Giles formed the "core four" of the "Scooby Gang" and continued to investigate the various supernatural mysteries that occurred on the Hellmouth.[2. Wishing to have a social life separate from her Slayer duties, Buffy tried out for the cheerleading squad and briefly dated fellow student Owen Thurman, but these attempts at normalcy were quickly thwarted by supernatural activity.[1. Buffy was shocked that Angel was a vampire. Buffy gradually developed an attraction to Angel, and was horrified when she came to realize that he was a vampire. Though initially reluctant to slay him, she ultimately decided to do so when it appeared that Angel had attacked her mother. She relented upon discovering that he had a human soul as a result of being cursed by a Gypsy clan as punishment for his vicious crimes. Additionally, she found out that Angel had in fact been set up by the vampire Darla of the Order of Aurelius, Angel's sire and Joyce's true attacker, who was staked by Angel in the ensuing confrontation.[2. When people's nightmares began coming true in Sunnydale, Buffy's guilt over her parents' divorce manifested and she was briefly transformed into a vampire.[5] When a string of odd occurrences started, making what was believed to be the oncoming apocalypse, Giles warned Buffy that she would eventually be forced to battle the Master as the Hellmouth would open. In I Know What You Did Last Summer, Katherine is first seen upon a street in Mystic Falls, paranoid and disheveled. She goes to the Salvatore house for help and she talks with Damon. She begs him for protection now that she is human, weak, slow and unable to protect herself against her numerous enemies, to which Damon reluctantly agrees. Katherine & Silas Whilst she is taking a bath in Damon's tub, Silas imitating Stefan shows up suddenly. They flirt and when they are about to kiss Silas grabs her neck, attempting to drown her and she grabs a razor and cuts his face before running downstairs. Damon stops her, throws her to Jeremy and tells him to take her far away, however not to tell him where he is going. Damon stays in the house with Silas, and Silas reveals the whole truth about Stefan suffering "like he has". Silas asks him to return Katherine for his brother, Damon makes up his mind and immediately calls Jeremy and tells him to return to the house. As soon as Jeremy turns around, Katherine knows what is happening and demands Jeremy to stop the car, however when he tells her to shut up, she tries to escape causing an accident where she and Jeremy are seriously injured by crashing into a post. She limps from the car, spotting a barely conscious Jeremy who asks for her help, she ignores him and hobbles away, leaving him dying in the middle of the road. In True Lies, after leaving Jeremy to die, Katherine flees into the woods. The morning after, she's leaving the woods and getting sick. Katherine walks to the road where she stops a car. Katherine thanks the woman for stopping and the woman tells her she looks just like Elena, but Katherine insists she's much prettier than Elena. The woman maces Katherine, and as Katherine shrieks in pain, the woman pulls out her phone to text Silas. Katherine angrily tackles the woman, smashes her phone, and knocks out the woman, and then Katherine shrieks again in pain from punching the woman, since she's used to having her super strength and not feeling pain. A gun loading is heard behind Katherine and she looks over to Matt, who tells her it looked like it hurt, but his gun will be more effective. Matt and Jeremy take Katherine and keep her out of sight since Silas has the whole town hunting her. They give her some clothes since she was in a robe and Matt begins to tie her up. Katherine compliments Matt on his eyes, telling him they made her soft and that she should have ripped his head off when she had the chance. Katherine saves Jeremy. She asks them if the rope is really necessary and Jeremy reminds her that she almost got the two of them killed and left him to die. Katherine says she was doing what she always does anything to survive. She also tells them she's been through this a thousand times: she's the leverage, the one thing everyone wants. She says she's now like the moonstone, as Matt settles her in the truck. Later, they stop at the gas station where Katherine says she needs to get out of the car, but Jeremy tells her no. Katherine then complains that she needs to go to the bathroom and should go like a lady. Jeremy unties her and tells her to hurry, Katherine tells him that she's getting sick and is coughing up green stuff and tells him to get her something for it, Jeremy tells her he can't so she begs Matt to do it. As Matt gets medicine for her and Jeremy gets gas for the truck, Katherine goes to the bathroom and sees an opportunity to run. When the clerk in the store sees Katherine, he begins to call Silas as Katherine runs off. Jeremy catches her and tells her to stop running and takes her back to the truck. That night, Jeremy, Matt, and Katherine create a bonfire. She sees a shotgun, but Jeremy tells her not to think about it. Katherine replies that she doesn't know how to use a gun because she didn't need one and that she was much deadlier. Katherine then complains that, after surviving childbirth, the death of her entire family, and running from Klaus, she's upset about being defeated from a sinus infection. After Silas stabs Jeremy (by stabbing himself first), Katherine returns and shoots Silas. Katherine about Stefan. In Original Sin, Katherine decides to accompany Damon and Elena in search of Stefan, after having the same dream as Elena with the possible whereabouts of Stefan. She says that Stefan is also important to her and she jokes in all the way to Damon and Elena about their relationship. Katherine with Nadia. When they get to the place where the doppelgängers saw Stefan, Katherine is asleep in the car. Damon and Elena decide to enter and leave her there. After Katherine enters and meets Nadia, Katherine flees until she meets again with Elena in the forest. They have a conversation and Nadia appears, snaps Elena's neck and takes Katherine. When they are about to escape, Silas arrives. Nadia tells him that she isn't going to deliver Katherine. Silas enters in her head and tries to force her to commit suicide, when Nadia is about to do it, Silas falls to the ground in pain and they flee. Katherine is rummaging in Nadia's stuff when she enters the room. Nadia is conversing with Katherine when Silas calls her and says she must deliver Katherine. Katherine takes the phone asking what he wants with her and Silas replies: "The cure still exists, and I still want it. It's just running through your veins right now. Your blood is the cure, Katherine."Katerina stabs Nadia In Monster's Ball, Nadia and Katherine are still at the Motel, hiding from Silas when Nadia gets a call from him. He tells her he wants Katherine, but Nadia refuses to give her up. Nadia continues to tease him about his inability to use his powers, and Silas tells her he can track them through cell phone tracking. Nadia quickly hangs up on him and tries to take Katherine away. Katherine asks her why she doesn't just hand her over to Silas so he can just have his "little sip" of her blood. Nadia tells her that Silas needs every last drop of blood in her body, which will kill her. Later on, Nadia and Katherine are eating lunch at a diner and Nadia tells her that she's been tailing her for 5. Katherine go. Katherine agrees and Nadia tells her that in 1. Nadia tells her it's time to leave and Katherine seizes the opportunity to grab a nearby cane and stab Nadia with it in the chest before running off. Nadia with her mother, Katerina. Katherine later finds Nadia in an alleyway, trying to get the cane out of her chest without touching her heart and Nadia asks her why she didn't kill her. Katherine says she knows Nadia's story about her mother was false. Nadia says it was a test and that Katherine failed. She says she wanted to get under Katherine's skin and she succeeded. Katherine asks her what game she is playing and Nadia tells her that Katherine really did kill her mother, but it was not in Paris but in England on April 6, 1. She says how her mother was exiled by her family two years earlier and how Katherine put her mother's neck in a noose and threw her off a chair, snapping her neck, the same way Katherine died when she was human. Katherine is confused and Nadia reveals that her name is Nadia Petrova, and that Katherine is her mother. She is the child that was born out of wedlock and was taken away from Katherine by her father when she was human. Katherine is shocked to learn this. Stewart was also active in many extracurricular activities, such as the school newspaper and the Art Club.[2. Stewart graduated from Nutley High School.[2. She attended Barnard College, originally planning to major in chemistry, but switching to art, history, and later architectural history. The venture quickly became successful but soured when Collier alleged that Stewart was difficult to work with, and was also taking catering jobs on the side. Malta is a popular tourist destination with its warm climate, numerous recreational areas, and architectural and historical monuments, including three UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum,[2. Valletta,[2. 5] and seven megalithic temples, which are some of the oldest free- standing structures in the world.[2. Etymology[edit]The origin of the term Malta is uncertain, and the modern- day variation derives from the Maltese language. The most common etymology is that the word Malta derives from the Greek word μέλι, meli, 'honey'.[2. The ancient Greeks called the island Μελίτη (Melitē) meaning 'honey- sweet', possibly for Malta's unique production of honey; an endemic species of bee lives on the island. The Romans went on to call the island Melita,[3. Greek Μελίτη or the adaptation of the Doric Greek pronunciation of the same word Μελίτα.[3. Another conjecture suggests that the word Malta comes from the Phoenician word Maleth 'a haven'[3. Malta's many bays and coves. Few other etymological mentions appear in classical literature, with the term Malta appearing in its present form in the Antonine Itinerary (Itin. Marit. p. 5. 18; Sil. Ital. xiv. 2. 51).[3. History[edit]Malta has been inhabited from around 5. BC, since the arrival of settlers from the island of Sicily.[3. A significant prehistoric Neolithic culture marked by Megalithic structures, which date back to c. BC, existed on the islands, as evidenced by the temples of Mnajdra, Ggantija and others. The Phoenicians colonized Malta between 8. BC, bringing their Semitic language and culture.[3. They used the islands as an outpost from which they expanded sea explorations and trade in the Mediterranean until their successors, the Carthaginians, were ousted by the Romans in 2. BC with the help of the Maltese inhabitants, under whom Malta became a municipium.[3. After a period of Byzantine rule (4th to 9th century) and a probable sack by the Vandals,[3. Aghlabids in AD 8. The fate of the population after the Arab invasion is unclear but it seems the islands may have been completely depopulated and were likely to have been repopulated in the beginning of the second millennium by settlers from Arab- ruled Sicily who spoke Siculo- Arabic.[3. The Muslim rule was ended by the Normans who conquered the island in 1. The islands were completely re- Christianised by 1. The islands were part of the Kingdom of Sicily until 1. Capetian House of Anjou. In 1. 53. 0 Charles I of Spain gave the Maltese islands to the Order of Knights of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem in perpetual lease. The French under Napoleon took hold of the Maltese islands in 1. British the Maltese were able to oust French control two years later. The inhabitants subsequently asked Britain to assume sovereignty over the islands under the conditions laid out in a Declaration of Rights,[4. Majesty has no right to cede these Islands to any power.. Islands, belongs to us, the inhabitants and aborigines alone, and without control." As part of the Treaty of Paris (1. Malta became a British colony, ultimately rejecting an attempted integration with the United Kingdom in 1. Malta became independent on 2. September 1. 96. 4 (Independence Day). Under its 1. 96. 4 constitution Malta initially retained Queen Elizabeth II as Queen of Malta, with a Governor- General exercising executive authority on her behalf. On 1. 3 December 1. Republic Day) it became a republic within the Commonwealth, with the President as head of state. On 3. 1 March 1. 97. Malta saw the withdrawal of the last British troops and the Royal Navy from Malta. This day is known as Freedom Day and Malta declared itself as a neutral and non- aligned. Malta joined the European Union on 1 May 2. Eurozone on 1 January 2. Prehistory[edit]Pottery found by archaeologists at the Skorba Temples resembles that found in Italy, and suggests that the Maltese islands were first settled in 5. BCE mainly by Stone Age hunters or farmers who had arrived from the Italian island of Sicily, possibly the Sicani. The extinction of the dwarf hippos and dwarf elephants has been linked to the earliest arrival of humans on Malta.[4. Prehistoric farming settlements dating to the Early Neolithic period were discovered in open areas and also in caves, such as Għar Dalam.[4. The Sicani were the only tribe known to have inhabited the island at this time[3. Iberians.[4. 5] The population on Malta grew cereals, raised livestock and, in common with other ancient Mediterranean cultures, worshiped a fertility figure represented in Maltese prehistoric artefacts exhibiting the proportions seen in similar statuettes, including the Venus of Willendorf.[citation needed]Pottery from the Għar Dalam phase is similar to pottery found in Agrigento, Sicily. A culture of megalithis temple builders then either supplanted or arose from this early period. Around the time of 3. BCE, these people built some of the oldest existing free- standing structures in the world in the form of the megalithic Ġgantija temples on Gozo; [4. Qim and Mnajdra.[2. The temples have distinctive architecture, typically a complex trefoil design, and were used from 4. BCE. Animal bones and a knife found behind a removable altar stone suggest that temple rituals included animal sacrifice. Tentative information suggests that the sacrifices were made to the goddess of fertility, whose statue is now in the National Museum of Archaeology in Valletta.[4. The culture apparently disappeared from the Maltese Islands around 2. The epic poem consists of 12 books in dactylic hexameter verse which describe. The works of Virgil almost from the moment of. The Bee and the Lamb. Part 9 (continued)By Takuan Seiyo. A Whole New Road to Serfdom. That Which is Not Seen (continued)For over 6. White mea- culpists have had a firm grip in all fields of cultural mind imprinting: education high and low; paper media, then electronic, then digital media; all forms of entertainment, the plastic arts and music high and low, and religious instruction and worship too. Their main endeavor has been to enforce their compulsory (e. K- 1. 2) and discretionary (e. Slavery, Colonialism, Imperialism, Male Supremacism, Racism, Antisemitism, and so on. It’s the evils of the Iberian Inquisition — which were evil — but not the evils of the Japanese equivalent in which, in the 4. Christians were publicly crucified, burned or beheaded. Nor the evils of the worldwide Islamic Inquisition which — not in the 1. Muslim apostates to barbaric execution. It’s America’s destruction of the snail darter but not Mussulmanism’s destruction of the Bamyan Buddhas or its proposed destruction of the Sphinx and the Pyramids, let alone its obliteration of all the pre- Rome cradles of Christianity but for remaining ruins in the Middle East and dust of the desert in North Africa. It’s the evils of feudalism and industrial workers’ exploitation in Europe and America, but not the strict Confucian evils of Northeast Asia. There, a member of the ruling class in China had, essentially, a free hand with anyone of the lower classes, a Japanese samurai could test his sword by cutting down an insolent peasant, and farmers were so squeezed by their fief holders that they habitually sold their daughters to bordellos for the few coins it provided for next season’s seed. Feminism, Socialism and anti- Antisemitism should have arisen in Saudi Arabia or Yemen, Algeria or Peshawar, for good reasons. Instead, aggressive White androphobes of all genders which I can no longer count are decimating the philogynous and egalitarian West. Equality psychos are tearing down the most egalitarian society that ever existed (except for initial communist experiments, before they turned bloody). American Jews, at the apex of the greatest fortune and philosemitic tolerance their long diaspora has ever bestowed on their kind, are busy supporting all the ideologies and policies that demolish their safe harbor and build up their Muslim, Black and Third World enemies. They will come to rue their tacit assumption that better the antisemite you don’t know than the few hundred imputed and real ones catalogued at ADL. One would be hard put to find a nation not based on the invasion of another people’s territory and their mass slaughter. Yet poisoned American madmen proclaim “No Thanks for Thanksgiving” as though the Indians themselves did not fight endless genocidal wars from Peru to Canada, with torture, ritual murder or slavery for the captives and, at times, cannibalism too. Leftoid masochists and the Christian meek call for returning Hawaii to the Hawaiians and capitulating before a massive Mexican reconquista of one- third of America. The self- defined “Feminist- Tauist- Neo. Pagan- Post- Structuralist- Deconstructionist- Socialist” useful idiot Gillian Schutte begins her New Year 2. Dear White People by “wholeheartedly apologizing for what my ancestors did to the people of South Africa and inviting you to do the same.”Yet the Magyars don’t seem to feel much guilt over the Illyrians, Pannonians, Sarmatians and Celts whose land and lives they took in the 9th century, to form Hungary. The rightful Etruscan landowners are not bearing angry placards in front of the Vatican. The Japanese are not planning to relinquish Hokkaido to its original owners, the Ainu. The tall, white and fair- haired Chachapoyas of the Andean forest have, alas, no remnants left to sue the Incas for genocide in a Peruvian court of law. The Aztecs, whether in Jalisco or Los Angeles, don’t agonize over having taken what would become Mexico City from its original Culhuacan owners, with lots of grisly details. Yet for 3. 8 years Neil Young has been reminding adoring audiences about “Cortez the Killer”, discreetly omitting Tlacaelel the killer and the killer people whom Cortez killed. Hitler’s Willing Executioners: Ordinary Germans and the Holocaust (1. Daniel Goldhagen presenting the thesis that the German nation as such was composed of willing executioners of the Jews because of a unique “eliminationist antisemitism” in the German people, with long historical roots. However, even that great moral abyss of Western civilization — the Holocausts — stands out more in its industrialized and organizational features than it does either in the quality of its hatefulness or its relative or even absolute volumes. And Holocausts they were, for in addition to the nearly 6 million Jews, the Germans also murdered over 2. In absolute numbers, the total number of World War II non- German civilian victims of Nazi Germany is smaller than the 5. Bolsheviks in Russia, or Mao’s 7. Is it more humane to die by wallops from a Cambodian pickaxe handle than by a bullet from a German Mauser? Inscription on the back (in German): “Ukraine 1. Jewish Aktion, Ivangorod.”There is a special horror attached to the Third Reich, because those were 2. Europeans, Christians, and in many ways the smartest, most civilized people on Earth. But the Holocausts do not prove that Whites are worse than other people, just that they are no better. The history of the Third Reich also proves that with the right formula of economic blowup, misery and humiliation, sparked by charismatic evil, no people are immune to such horror, at no time. |
